As-Built plans Guide

As-Built drawings represent the existing conditions, dimensions, and layout of a building.

My experience with As-Built plans spans more than thirty years of collaborating with architects, builders, owners, facility managers, and my own architectural projects.

During this time, I witnessed the birth and experienced the development of the technologies associated with the field - from laser measuring devices and CAD software to photogrammetry, and  I love it all!

However, like photography, mastery of this field requires experience and a keen eye to find insights and see details in each unique site and project. These findings can provide or reveal valuable information, adding further value to the plans.

Furthermore, all building updates or renovation require well documented and accurate plans. This ensures faster development of a design, as well as a reliable foundation to create a set of drawings for estimates, permitting, and build with confidence.

How to get an estimate?

Send us a message providing the property's address. This will help us with the search for the basic building specifications on a database and finding the rough square footage.

Provide your basic requirements and scope of the job. Specify if you are looking for: floor plans, exterior elevations, interior elevations, RCP(Reflected ceiling plans), etc.

Deliverables?

Tell us about your needs. Please indicate scale and file type (PDF, CAD, or other formats?).
